Qualifications

• 3-6 months customer service or customer support experience preferred.
• 3-6 months call center or office background experience a plus.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check applicable with state and federal laws will be required.

Responsibilities

• Handle large volumes of inbound or outbound calls promptly.
• Assist customers with questions about products/services across phone, email, and chat.
• Follow scripted responses for consistent service.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions or alternatives.
• Access resources to accurately resolve calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Maintain focus and professionalism across tasks.
• Be punctual and available at scheduled times.
• Remain positive and professional in all interactions.
• Willingness to cross-train as needed.
