Job summary

Five Star Solutions is seeking people who enjoy helping others to provide high-quality customer service from home. You will handle inbound/outbound calls regarding goods and services, following scripts and aiming to resolve questions across multiple channels with a professional attitude.

This BYOD, work-from-home role requires you to provide your own equipment and a dedicated workspace and offers shifts between 6:00am–8:00pm MST on weekdays and every other weekend.

Qualifications

• Previous 3-6 months customer service experience preferred.
• Previous 3-6 months call center or office background a plus.
• Must be 18 years of age.
• A background check will be required by state and federal laws.

Responsibilities

• Manage large amounts of inbound or outbound calls in a timely manner.
• Handle customer questions and concerns across phone, email, and chat channels.
• Follow scripts when handling different topics.
• Identify needs, clarify information, research, and provide solutions.
• Access resources to accurately handle calls.
• Upsell products when opportunities arise.
• Switch between tasks without loss of efficiency or composure.
• Maintain punctuality and professional demeanor at all times.
