Job summary

Energage, LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify Top Workplaces program participants by researching accounts, targeting them with strategic communications, and qualifying leads from outbound and marketing campaigns. This is a remote role within the US, with a preference for candidates in the Eastern time zone and occasional in-person interaction in Exton, PA.

The position collaborates with Account Executives.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B experience, software or tech sales preferred.
• A passion for software and technology.
• The ability to effectively perform sales research and develop individualized plans based on that research.

Responsibilities

• Effectively research accounts and create targeted, strategic plans to qualify them from both outbound efforts and marketing campaigns.
• Use tools such as power dialers to perform high velocity sales prospecting.
• Research targeted prospects online and tailoring specific quantitative value propositions to anticipate and meet prospects’ needs.
• Comprehend and develop presentations of our products and services uniquely tailored to potential customers based on your research of them.
• Develop communication strategies to connect (prospective) customers and Account Executives.
