Job summary

Energage is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify Top Workplaces program participants by researching accounts, developing targeted plans, and qualifying opportunities. You will work outbound and with marketing, handling first contact through qualification, in collaboration with Account Executives.

This remote role focuses on the Eastern time zone, with occasional in-person interactions in Exton, PA when possible, and allows remote work across the U.S.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B experience, software or tech sales preferred.
• A passion for software and technology.
• The ability to effectively perform sales research and develop individualized plans based on that research.

Responsibilities

• Effectively research accounts and create targeted, strategic plans to Qualify them from both outbound efforts and marketing campaigns.
• Use tools such as power dialers to perform high velocity sales prospecting.
• Research targeted prospects online and tailoring specific quantitative value propositions to anticipate and meet prospects’ needs.
• Comprehend and develop presentations of our products and services uniquely tailored to potential customers based on your research of them.
• Develop communication strategies to connect (prospective) customers and Account Executives.
