Job summary

Energage, LLC is seeking a Sales Development Representative to identify Top Workplaces program participants by researching and qualifying companies. This remote-friendly role supports outbound and marketing-driven prospecting across the Eastern time zone, with occasional in-person interaction in Exton, PA.

You will work with Account Executives, crafting tailored value propositions and plans, and advancing leads from discovery to participation.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B software or tech sales experience.
• Track record of meeting objectives.
• Passion for software and technology.
• Ability to work autonomously and with peers.
• Strong research and plan development from data.

Responsibilities

• Research accounts and create targeted plans to qualify them from outbound efforts and marketing campaigns.
• Use power dialers for high velocity prospecting.
• Research targeted prospects online and tailor quantitative value propositions.
• Develop presentations of products/services tailored to prospects based on research.
• Develop communication strategies to connect prospects and Account Executives.
• Engage with executives in discussions about our products and services.
