This is a research-driven role focused on identifying the right prospects, understanding their needs, and creating personalized outreach strategies.

You will own deep account research, map buying groups, and develop hypotheses to tailor messaging.

Qualifications

• Exceptional research and analysis abilities are required.
• Strong written communication and storytelling skills.
• 1–2 years in BDR or SDR roles in SaaS, Social Media, or Marketing Tech.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, HubSpot is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own deep account research and targeting.
• Identify high potential accounts using data and signals.
• Research companies, stakeholders and trends that matter.
• Map buying groups and key decision makers.
• Monitor signals like funding rounds, hiring trends, and ad spend.
• Translate signals into timely outreach strategies.
• Craft personalized emails and LinkedIn sequences that get responses.
• Develop hypotheses on customer pain points and messaging.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to refine strategies.
• Provide rich context ahead of meetings and track outreach performance.
