Job summary

KFI Workforce Solutions is seeking a Sales Development Representative for a global remote role. You will drive new business opportunities by prospecting, qualifying leads, and supporting the sales pipeline, with overlap hours to align with U.S. Central Time.

Role emphasizes CRM usage, data accuracy, and collaboration with outside sales and customer service to ensure smooth lead-to-opportunity transitions. English language proficiency (B2) is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in inside sales or business development, preferably in manufacturing/industrial environments.
• Strong prospecting, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and sales prospecting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work across departments.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new leads and opportunities and hand off to Outside Sales.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline using prospecting tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support growth.
• Enter customer interactions into CRM daily.
• Prepare product expectations and pricing quotations with internal teams.
• Create reports and correspondence for customer use.
