Job summary

Remote is seeking a motivated sales development specialist to support our sales efforts through outbound outreach, relationship building, and effective communication. You will help grow the sales pipeline by performing essential SDR tasks such as lead outreach and appointment setting.

You will manage the CRM, ensure data quality, and tag leads accurately. A college background and at least 6 months in a similar role are required; experience with remote work is a plus, and US work hours apply.

Qualifications

• Excellent command of English with high-quality reading, writing and speaking skills.
• Proficient with Apollo IO and CRM systems.
• College attendance with at least 6 months of relevant experience.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Experience working in a remote environment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outreach and follow-ups with potential and existing customers via phone calls, emails, and other channels.
• Assist with scheduling and booking demos and meetings, including appointment setting.
• Manage CRM, ensuring the organization and accuracy of contact data and tagging leads appropriately.
