Job summary

Zuddl is seeking an SDR Manager to lead and scale its outbound function. You’ll inherit an established engine, coach reps, and drive the next phase of growth, owning day-to-day execution and system improvements.

In this true player-coach role, you’ll carry a personal quota in your first quarter while leading from the front. You’ll report to the CEO within Sales and work with AEs to accelerate pipeline and performance across the org.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of exceptional B2B outbound experience in tech/SaaS.
• 12+ months of SDR management experience, with recent experience within the last 6 months.
• Strong leadership, coaching, and performance-management abilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
• Remote work capability for US-based teams.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep expertise in Zuddl’s products, ICP, and value proposition.
• Generate pipeline through outbound channels including cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and events.
• Hire, onboard, coach, and develop SDRs as the team scales.
• Coach the team on outbound execution, prospecting strategy, and multichannel outreach; standardize proven tactics.
• Drive high-performance culture with daily accountability and quota attainment.
• Own pipeline targets, forecasting, and performance reporting for leadership.
