Darby Dental Supply LLC is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join a fully remote team. This entry-level role focuses on outbound prospecting, building a sales pipeline, and opening new customer accounts in the dental sector.

No dental or healthcare experience is required; we provide industry and sales training to help you succeed. A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience is expected.
• Professional phone presence is required.
• Ability to travel to tradeshows and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently with prospects.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members in a virtual environment.
• Other duties may be assigned to help drive our vision and values.
