This is a fully remote, entry‑level sales position designed for ambitious professionals who want to break into healthcare sales, develop valuable business skills, and build a long‑term sales career.

The role offers a base salary plus commission and is focused on prospecting and opening new customer accounts through outbound sales activities.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound cold calling environment and resilience to rejection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable high-speed internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Ability to travel to tradeshows and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members in a virtual environment.
• Other duties may be assigned to support company goals.
