Darby Dental Supply, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives (SDR). This fully remote, entry-level role focuses on outbound prospecting to open new dental customer accounts, supported by industry training.

Ideal candidates have 0–2 years in sales or customer-facing roles, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a remote setting. Base salary with commission and opportunities for growth are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment and handle rejection.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Reliable internet connection and dedicated home workspace.
• Ability to travel to tradeshows and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and texts to unaffiliated dental practices.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
