Darby Dental Supply, LLC is seeking motivated individuals for a remote Sales Development Representative role. This entry‑level, Monday–Friday position focuses on outbound prospecting to open new customer accounts in healthcare sales.

Training is provided and no prior dental or healthcare experience is required. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma (bachelor's preferred) and strong verbal/written communication.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales or customer-facing experience encouraged.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills required.
• Ability to work effectively in a remote, Monday–Friday environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts via outbound calls, emails, and text outreach.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Overcome sales objections and follow up with prospects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
