Darby Dental Supply, LLC is seeking motivated individuals to join our team as Sales Development Representatives in a fully remote, Monday–Friday, entry-level sales position designed to break into healthcare sales. The role offers a base salary plus commission and focuses on outbound prospecting to open new customer accounts, with comprehensive training provided.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma, 0-2 years in sales or customer-facing work, and a strong professional phone presence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales, customer service, or other customer-facing experience.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
• Ability to travel to tradeshows and meetings as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts via outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Demonstrate the ability to overcome sales objections and follow up persistently with prospects.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and team members in a virtual environment.
• Other duties may be assigned to help drive our vision and values.
