Job summary

Darby Dental Supply, LLC is hiring an entry-level Sales Development Representative (SDR) for a fully remote role. You’ll focus on outbound outreach to create new dental accounts and build a long-term B2B sales career.

We offer base salary plus commissions with year 1 on-target earnings estimated at $67,000, along with full training and remote-friendly work hours. No prior dental or healthcare experience is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Professional phone presence.
• Ability to thrive in a high-volume outbound environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and open new customer accounts through outbound calls, emails, and text outreach to practices not currently Darby customers.
• Identify and engage key decision-makers within dental practices.
• Qualify prospects and uncover business needs.
• Present Darby's products, services, and value proposition.
• Generate first orders and new customer accounts.
• Build and manage a sales pipeline using CRM tools.
• Overcome sales objections and persistently follow up with prospects.
• Meet daily, weekly, and monthly activity goals.
• Participate in ongoing sales training and coaching.
• Collaborate with sales leadership in a virtual environment.
