Job summary

Securly is seeking an early-career BDR to join our fully remote, U.S.-based sales team. You’ll own top-of-funnel outreach to K-12 districts, partnering with Marketing and RevOps to hand off qualified opportunities to Account Executives.

This role emphasizes coaching, a structured ramp, and a path toward AE or Customer Success. Compensation totals $90,000 OTE ($60,000 base + $30,000 variable), with top-tier benefits, unlimited PTO, and a $1,000 learning stipend.

Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume outbound sales, SaaS or EdTech preferred.
• Ability to build pipelines through phone, email, and social channels.
• Familiarity with K-12 education technology is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outreach to K-12 decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound/outbound leads for interest and fit.
• Capture and track activity in CRM tools like Salesforce.
• Partner with Marketing and RevOps to hand off qualified meetings.
