Job summary

Securly is seeking a remote BDR in the United States to own top-of-funnel activity for our K-12 safety software. You will perform high-volume outreach by phone, email, and LinkedIn to district decision-makers, qualify inbound and outbound opportunities, and hand off qualified meetings to Account Executives.

This role emphasizes coaching, growth, and a clear path to AE or other GTM roles. We offer a structured ramp, annual OTE of $90,000, comprehensive health benefits, unlimited PTO, a $1,000

Qualifications

• Experience in SDR/BDR or other high-activity outbound roles.
• SaaS or EdTech experience preferred.
• K-12 education and/or EdTech experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reach out via phone, email, and LinkedIn to K-12 decision-makers.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads for interest, urgency, and fit.
• Tell outcomes, customer stories, and market data to show why safetyOS matters.
• Handle objections by listening first and tailoring conversations.
• Track work in Salesforce and Outreach.io, using GovSpend and AI Gems for research.
• Hand off qualified meetings to Sales and collaborate with Marketing and RevOps.
• Maintain a daily cadence and continually improve through coaching.
