Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 2+ years in sales, lead generation, customer engagement, business development, or a call center environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Experience using Salesforce or another CRM platform, along with Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to work independently and remotely.
• Applicants must not require employment visa sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Execute multi-channel prospecting campaigns via phone, email, and approved channels to generate qualified opportunities.
• Complete a standard requirement of 75 outbound calls per day while managing a high-volume workflow.
• Engage IT decision-makers at mid-market and large enterprise organizations and conduct discovery conversations using an outcome-based sales approach.
• Lead customer conversations, respond to objections, and connect business challenges with Lumen solutions.
• Schedule qualified meetings and coordinate a smooth transition to the sales account team.
• Partner with sales teams to support engagement, priorities, and progression of opportunities.
• Develop knowledge of networking, cloud, security, telecommunications, and AI solutions and communicate customer-focused value.
• Maintain accurate activity and next steps in Salesforce.
