The position is open to US-based candidates and includes daily team meetings, ongoing training, and growth opportunities within a growing company.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Track record of hitting activity and pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can handle objections.
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene.
• Experience with SaaS or construction industry is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities: outbound prospecting via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Tell Builder Prime's story and value proposition to construction professionals.
• Qualify needs and schedule qualified demos with Account Executives.
• Own your pipeline and collaborate on follow-up strategies.
• Stay sharp with product knowledge and training opportunities.
• Track activities and performance, report to Sales leadership.
