Builder Prime is hiring an Outbound SDR to drive growth by connecting with construction professionals and building relationships that lead to qualified demos.

You'll prospect across calls, emails, and social channels, qualify needs, and own the pipeline while collaborating with Account Executives. The role is remote in the US, with a base salary of $60,000 plus $20,000 in commission and strong benefits.

Competenze

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or outreach.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets.
• Strong communication and objection-handling skills.
• Organized with disciplined CRM follow-up and hygiene.
• Comfort with AI tools (Claude/ChatGPT) daily.
