Job summary

Össur seeks an Empower Sales Development Representative to build and manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline from prospecting through handoff to Business Solutions managers. You will analyze markets, prioritize accounts, and develop tailored outreach strategies to generate qualified demonstrations and opportunities.

Remote-eligible in the US with travel requirements and a focus on cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, product, and operations to achieve pipeline goals and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development or healthcare SaaS sales.
• Proven ability to generate leads and manage early-stage pipeline.
• Experience using CRM data to prioritize work.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to lead discovery conversations and link needs to solutions.
• Self-directed with strong prioritization and CRM discipline.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, product, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Analyze assigned market and identify target accounts with strong EmpowerX potential.
• Generate new leads via prospecting, networks, referrals, conferences, and digital channels.
• Develop account-specific prospecting strategies and follow-up plans.
• Own and manage a portfolio of EmpowerX accounts with pipeline priorities.
• Coordinate with Business Solutions Managers, Area Managers, Marketing and Sales Leadership.
• Aim for qualified demonstrations and pipeline development.
