Job summary

Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to independently develop and manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline within an assigned market. This role analyzes opportunities, prioritizes accounts, creates strategies, and leads consultative discovery, with a handoff to the Business Solutions Manager after qualification.

This is a remote-eligible position in select states, with accountability for the assigned early-stage pipeline and collaboration across teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is required.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development, healthcare tech SaaS, medical or complex inside sales.
• Experience using CRM data to prioritize work and influence strategy.
• Clear written and verbal communication with a professional phone/email presence.
• Ability to lead discovery conversations and connect needs to software/services value.

Responsibilities

• Analyze the assigned market and identify prospective accounts with strong EmpowerX potential.
• Generate new leads through account research, outbound prospecting, networks, referrals, and events.
• Develop and adjust account-specific prospecting strategies and messaging.
• Own and manage a portfolio of EmpowerX accounts, including pipeline priorities and early-stage forecasting.
• Evaluate prospect needs, workflow, technology, and potential value to EmpowerX.
