Job summary

Össur is seeking an Empower Sales Development Representative to develop and manage the early-stage EmpowerX pipeline across the US. You will analyze markets, target accounts, create prospecting strategies, and hand off qualified opportunities to the Business Solutions Manager for demonstrations and next steps.

You’ll work with limited supervision, using CRM data to forecast and optimize outreach, while coordinating with marketing, product, and operations to maximize pipeline quality.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 3–5 years in consultative business development or SaaS/healthcare sales.
• Experience identifying target accounts and managing an early-stage pipeline.
• Experience using CRM data to prioritize work and inform strategy.

Responsibilities

• Market Strategy & Pipeline Development: analyze market, select accounts, and manage pipeline.
