MedInsight, a Milliman subsidiary, seeks a Sales Development Representative to fuel the sales pipeline by researching accounts, initiating contact, and securing qualified meetings. This role partners with the SVP of Sales, Sales Development Manager, BDEs and AEs to build strategic prospect plans and maintain CRM discipline.

The ideal candidate is coachable, results-driven, and eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Strategy-focused, outbound prospecting and pipeline generation.
• CRM discipline and forecasting accuracy.
• Ability to understand healthcare market dynamics and articulate value.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified meetings that lead to revenue-producing pipeline.
• Lead outbound prospecting via research, calls, emails, and LinkedIn to identify prospects for initial meetings.
• Coordinate outbound development with BDEs, AEs, and Marketing.
• Support pipeline growth within existing client accounts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Understand prospect challenges and healthcare trends to craft credible outreach.
• Share best practices and bring new lead-gen ideas to team meetings.
• Maintain CRM updates and track activity and forecasts.
