Job summary

Passion.io is seeking a tech-savvy sales pro to generate new leads in the creator/influencer space. You’ll own inbound and outbound channels, set 2–5 demos per day, and drive a revenue pipeline targeting a strong month-over-month growth.

This remote role offers global collaboration with an international team, ongoing coaching, and a generous leave policy. A base salary plus uncapped potential reflects performance in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of sales experience in a SaaS company (Sales/BDR)
• Deep understanding of the SaaS space
• Confidence on the phone to connect with people
• Social media savvy and daily use
• Fluent in English

Responsibilities

• Start your day with a team sales stand‑up to celebrate wins.
• Handle inquiries from calls, SMS, emails, and ticketing channels.
• Conduct inbound and outbound calls to create new opportunities for Account Executives.
• Proactively communicate and support to move opportunities across the finish line.
• Identify and pass qualified opportunities to the next step to grow the pipeline.
