• Strategic Prospecting (Outbound): build nonprofit target lists and initiate contact.
• High-Velocity Response (Inbound): respond quickly to marketing leads and product inquiries.
• Lead Generation & Qualification: educate nonprofits on FreeWill and identify partnerships.
• Qualification & Handoff: qualify leads and schedule discovery meetings.
• CRM Excellence: keep accurate records in CRM systems.
• Objection Handling: articulate products to overcome objections.
• Collaborative Strategy: align with account executives on target accounts.
• Quota Attainment: meet or exceed lead generation targets.
