Job summary

Instrumentl is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to join our remote team. You’ll research nonprofits and universities, make dials, book demos, and document details in our CRM.

You should be early in your career, comfortable talking to new people, and eager to build a career in sales while doing meaningful work with nonprofits across the US. We offer an OTE of $60,000-$75,000, 100% health/dental/vision for employees, generous PTO, a 401(k), a laptop stipend, and company

Qualifications

• A recent graduate or early in your career.
• Ability to thrive in a remote sales environment.
• Interest in sales, startups, or customer-facing roles.
• Comfortable talking to new people and building relationships.
• Open to feedback and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Research organizations that would be a good fit for Instrumentl.
• Make over 400 dials per week to engage prospects and book demos.
• Track and document account and decision-maker details in our CRM.
• Learn how our value proposition applies to different org types for quality conversations.
• Collaborate 10% of your time with other departments on experiments.
