Job summary

Builder Prime is seeking an outbound SDR to accelerate growth for a remote US team. You’ll connect with construction professionals, qualify leads, and schedule demos for our software that helps contractors manage bids, projects, and payments.

The role offers a base salary of $60,000 with $20,000 OTE in commissions, remote work across the US, flexible hours, and a generous benefits package including health coverage, retirement match, and PTO.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with prospecting or cold outreach.
• Track record of meeting activity and pipeline targets.
• Clear, persuasive communicator with strong objection handling.
• Organized with diligent CRM follow-up.
• Experience with AI tools daily (Claude/ChatGPT) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities via calls, emails, and social channels.
• Tell Builder Prime's value to construction pros.
• Qualify needs and schedule demos with Account Executives.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline with the sales team.
• Develop product knowledge and participate in training programs.
• Track activities and performance, reporting to Sales leadership.
