Cribl is hiring an SDR to generate high-impact conversations and real ARR from a remote-first workflow. You’ll qualify inbound and outbound leads, conduct discovery, and hand off sales-ready opportunities to Account Executives.

You’ll work with a best-in-class tech stack including Salesforce, Outreach.io and ZoomInfo, while collaborating with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline. Compensation includes base salary plus incentives.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of prospecting experience.
• Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo and other prospecting tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Qualify, follow up, educate and develop inbound/outbound leads.
• Respond to inbound leads according to SLAs.
• Generate sales-ready meetings for sales executives.
• Research target accounts and add contacts to drive interest.
• Log and track activity in Salesforce per lead-to-opportunity process.
• Achieve meeting quota and support revenue growth.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve lead quality and pipeline.
