Bobyard is seeking an outbound SDR in Australia to generate high-quality demos for our Account Executives via cold calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels. You’ll introduce contractors to an AI-driven product that delivers immediate value in demos and drives strong conversion rates.

This role rewards high outbound activity in a fast-paced environment, with a clear path to growth as we build a scalable sales engine and pipeline.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SDR, sales, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred).
• Strong communication: clear, direct, and confident.
• Willingness to do what it takes to win (calls, events, creative outreach).
• Highly organized and coachable.

Responsibilities

• Generate as many high-quality demos as possible for Account Executives through outbound channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Introduce contractors to our AI-driven product that delivers immediate value in demos and supports strong conversion rates.
• Build real pipelines in a fast-growing environment and contribute to growth.
