Job summary

Bobyard is seeking an outbound sales-focused SDR to generate high-quality demos for Account Executives across cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other creative outreach channels. You will introduce contractors to an AI-powered construction takeoff product, driving immediate value and strong demo-to-win conversion rates.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SDR, sales, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred).
• Strong communication: clear, direct, and confident.
• Work ethic: comfortable with high outbound activity and fast pace.
• Ownership mindset: willing to do what it takes to win (calls, events, creative outreach).
• Highly organized and coachable.
• Construction or landscaping experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate as many high-quality demos as possible for Account Executives through outbound channels (cold calls, email, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Introduce contractors to a product that delivers immediate value in demos with strong conversion rates.
• Build and maintain a credible outbound pipeline in a fast‑growth environment.
