Bobyard is seeking an outbound SDR to generate high‑quality demos for our Account Executives. This remote role is based in Australia and focuses on cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and creative outreach to contractors in construction and landscaping.

You will work in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, building a scalable pipeline and contributing to our product-led growth. A base salary with commission and equity options accompany strong growth potential.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in SDR, sales, or customer-facing role (SaaS preferred).
• Clear, direct, and confident communication is required.
• Willingness to perform high outbound activity in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Generate as many high-quality demos as possible for Account Executives via outbound channels (calls, email, LinkedIn).
• Introduce contractors to a product that demonstrates immediate value in demos and drives conversions.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline in a high-growth AI company.
• Collaborate with the team to optimize outreach strategies and messaging.
