Qualifications

• Experience in outbound sales roles such as SDR or appointment setter.
• Proficient in Salesforce and dialer systems.
• Strong English communication, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and use dialing systems to reach prospects.
• Leave voicemails and follow up with potential clients.
• Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with leads.
• Escalate opportunities to Account Executives as needed.
• Maintain accurate activity and lead-status in Salesforce.
• Leverage omnichannel tools for prospect engagement.
