Job summary

Wing is recruiting a Sales Development Representative for a fully remote US-based role. You will make outbound calls, leave voicemails, and follow up with prospects to qualify and schedule qualified appointments.

You will use Salesforce and omnichannel tools to maintain accurate records and drive opportunities. The position requires strong English communication, a neutral accent, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Sales Development Representative, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Experience with Dialpad or power dialing systems.
• Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with a neutral accent.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls and follow up with prospective clients.
• Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Maintain relationships through regular follow-up and updates.
• Escalate opportunities to Account Executives or senior team members.
• Record activities and lead status in Salesforce.
