Job summary

Wing Assistant is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive outbound outreach and qualify prospects for our growing client base. This remote, full-time position offers a structured training program and clear advancement paths while you build relationships with potential buyers across markets.

You will use Salesforce and dialer tools to manage sequences, book meetings, and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives.

Qualifications

• Experience as SDR, Appointment Setter, or similar outbound sales role.
• Experience using Salesforce.
• Experience with Dialpad or power dialing systems.
• Experience working with omnichannel lead-generation and tracking systems.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
• Neutral English accent (voice sample required).
• Strong prospecting, qualification, and relationship-building skills.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls using dialing systems.
• Leave voicemails and follow up with prospective clients.
• Qualify business owners and capital-group prospects.
• Schedule appointments with qualified prospects.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships through follow-up.
• Escalate qualified opportunities to Account Executives.
