Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I for the Central region. This remote role supports top-of-funnel growth by outbound prospecting and setting meetings for Account Executives.

You will build knowledge of EvenUp's products, target high-potential companies, and maintain HubSpot records while collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to create strong first impressions for new customers.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiar with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of sales funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Listen actively to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp helps.
• Identify growth areas and develop outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to craft first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client data in HubSpot.
