Job summary

EvenUp is seeking a Sales Development Representative I Southeast to help grow the top of the funnel through outbound outreach across the Southeast region. You will qualify leads for Account Executives using our criteria and build a strong foundation in our product and market.

The role emphasizes active listening, researching companies, maintaining HubSpot data, and collaborating with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success to create first impressions that convert.

Qualifications

• 8+ months of experience in Sales Development.
• Familiarity with SaaS or service-oriented business models.
• Experience generating outbound leads.
• CRM experience.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Grow top of funnel through cold outbound campaigns.
• Generate sales-ready meetings and opportunities for Account Executives.
• Use active listening to understand customer needs and communicate how EvenUp can solve them.
• Identify high-potential growth areas and execute outbound strategies.
• Develop strong sales and product knowledge.
• Partner with Growth, Marketing, and Customer Success for best first impressions for new customers.
• Research companies and add prospects to outbound list.
• Maintain accurate client data within HubSpot.
