Job summary

RFgen Software seeks an impactful Sales Development Representative to join our growing team. The SDR will drive outreach and communication with prospects using RFgen’s ICP guidance to uncover opportunities and set up sales-ready meetings.

You will engage daily with prospects via phone, video, LinkedIn, and email, research accounts, and collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and convert inquiries into opportunities. RFgen values energy, teamwork, and professional growth.

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree and 2-3 years of customer service or sales development experience with high-volume outreach.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent time management and prioritization abilities.

Responsibilities

• Qualify and develop target accounts and inbound leads to create sales-ready meetings.
