Job summary

KLDiscovery is seeking a Sales Development Representative to engage new eDiscovery opportunities and qualify them for Account Executives. You will monitor signals, build credibility with stakeholders, and drive a steady top-of-funnel motion.

You will apply MEDDPICC criteria, develop multi-threaded relationships across named accounts, and maintain accurate CRM records to fuel pipeline growth and successful handoffs.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of sales development or related experience in legal tech, eDiscovery, or B2B/enterprise software.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable engaging legal, procurement, and executive stakeholders.
• Experience with a CRM (Salesforce or equivalent) and following defined account/territory rules of engagement.
• Research-oriented mindset to track litigation, regulatory signals and translate them into timely outreach.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and respond to demand-trigger events and surface opportunities.
• Qualify opportunities before handoff using MEDDPICC criteria.
• Multi-thread named strategic accounts and engage stakeholders to widen KLD's footprint.
• Surface subscription attach opportunities from the client base and convert into pipeline.
• Activate law firms and corporate channels, tracking referral relationships.
• Keep Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and related tools up to date for prospecting.
