Job summary

KLDiscovery, Inc. is seeking a Sr. Sales Account Executive to drive revenue and build relationships with law firms and corporations. You will be the first contact for prospects, cultivating credibility as a trusted advisor with lawyers, eDiscovery professionals, and executives while collaborating with purchasing departments.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, develop productive relationships, and consistently generate new business in a remote, work-from-home environment.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of quota-carrying sales experience in new business development.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
• Exposure to Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication.
• Persuasive communication and presentation skills.
• Deep sales and qualification process expertise (MEDDIC, ValueSelling, etc.).
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Target prospective lawyers and corporate decision makers to develop opportunities.
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory changes to anticipate client needs.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails.
• Represent KLDiscovery at industry trade shows.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams.
• Contribute as a collaborative team player and drive shared success.
