KLDiscovery, a leading global provider of eDiscovery, information governance, and data recovery solutions, seeks an Account Executive to drive revenue and build brand loyalty by developing and growing relationships with law firms and corporations.

As the initial point of contact with prospects, the ideal candidate must be confident, highly motivated, and able to gain credibility as a trusted advisor with lawyers and eDiscovery professionals at all levels, including law firm partners and

Qualifications

• 3+ years of quota-carrying new business development and relationship-selling.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education/experience.
• Exposure to Legal or eDiscovery industry preferred but not required.
• Solid interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Persuasive communication and presentation experience.
• Deep sales and qualification process expertise (MEDDIC, ValueSelling, etc.).
• Experience working with Salesforce or similar CRM system.

Responsibilities

• Consistently achieve revenue goals.
• Target prospective lawyers at all levels in law firms and corporate decision makers to develop relationships and opportunities in assigned territory or account set.
• Monitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive developments to anticipate client needs and position our solutions effectively.
• Conduct outbound cold calls and emails.
• Represent KLDiscovery at industry trade shows.
• Work cross-functionally with product, marketing, solution engineering, and customer success teams to ensure sales strategies support broader business objectives and consistently deliver outstanding client outcomes.
