Job summary

Endpoint Clinical is seeking a Sales Development Representative to drive growth by identifying and engaging the right accounts, qualifying opportunities, and setting up the Business Development team for success.

You will prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and ARO accounts, qualify inbound and outbound leads, and schedule qualified meetings for the team while maintaining CRM data and collaborating across Marketing and Sales Operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in SDR, Inside Sales, Business Development, or Lead Generation.
• Experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
• Strong communication, prospecting, and qualification skills.
• Highly organized and self-motivated.

Responsibilities

• Prospect pharmaceutical, biotech, CRO, and ARO accounts.
• Qualify inbound and outbound leads.
• Conduct discovery conversations to identify study needs, business challenges, and sales opportunities.
• Schedule qualified meetings for Business Development representatives.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records and pipeline data.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Business Development, and Sales Operations.
• Share market intelligence and customer feedback.
