Job summary

Hightouch is looking for a Sales Development Representative to join our rapidly growing team. In this role you will generate top of the funnel leads and help establish scalable sales processes, outbounding to engineers, marketers, and operations teams.

This remote-first position offers a Base Salary of $70,000 with On-Target Earnings of $100,000 and meaningful equity. You will craft personalized outreach, support account research with the growth team, and drive early engagement to schedule

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience engaging customers and prospects.

Responsibilities

• Outreach to prospective agents via cold-calls, text, emails, and campaigns.
• Research and craft personalized outreach with the growth team.
• Find new channels and strategies to guide prospects to the free trial.
• Help define and improve sales processes, strategies, and tactics.
• Execute assigned monthly goals and quotas.
• Monitor signups on Slack and schedule meetings with the sales org.
