Job summary

Orkes is seeking a Sales Development Representative to book first meetings and demos for the sales team. You will follow up on cold and warm leads via phone, email, and chat, building trust and delivering value.

You will operate in a fast-paced, high-growth startup culture, with responsibilities spanning outreach, CRM updates, and collaboration with Marketing and Sales Development to drive revenue growth. This role is remote and based in the United States.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales development or inside sales roles and meeting weekly/monthly targets.
• Strong outbound prospecting discipline and ability to uncover customer pain points.
• Clear coaching, mentoring, and ability to motivate a team.

Responsibilities

• Generate qualified sales demos and meetings.
• Direct outreach to inbound leads via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
• Source opportunities with target accounts through cold emails and calls.
• Participation in online conversations with interested people and target accounts.
• Research inbound and outbound target people and companies.
• Enter, update, and maintain CRM information on leads throughout the funnel.
