Job summary

The Scalable Company is hiring a Sales Development Representative to generate and qualify leads from investors, business owners, and C-level executives. This fully remote role is US-based and pays a base of $48,000 plus commissions, with the freedom to set your own schedule as a contractor.

You will manage inbound and outbound outreach, schedule meetings, and maintain CRM records while meeting KPIs and collaborating with the sales team to drive revenue.

Qualifications

• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish relationships with potential clients.
• Self-motivated with a competitive mindset.

• Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of the entrepreneurial and small business landscape is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Generate SQLs and schedule discovery calls from CRM task lists.
• Nurture inbound leads and manage the pipeline to meet targets.
• Coordinate with Account Executives and attend meetings.
• Log activity and maintain CRM records daily.
• Follow up every 3–7 days to maximize opportunities.
• Submit end-of-day and KPI reports.
