Job summary

Young Innovations, Inc. is seeking a motivated Sales Development Representative to drive early-stage engagement from home.

You will identify and qualify new and underdeveloped accounts, perform outbound prospecting, and re-engage inactive customers to build a healthy pipeline for the Inside Sales team. You will work closely with product and customer service to refine messaging, track outcomes, and expand relationships with early-stage customers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 0–2 years of sales, customer service, or related experience.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Generate leads through outbound outreach, campaigns, and targeted outreach.
• Develop qualified opportunities to support the Inside Sales team.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and track activity and pipeline progress.
• Engage dormant accounts and gather insights on inactivity or churn.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales Reps to align messaging and outreach efforts.
