Builder Prime is seeking an Outbound SDR to join our remote US sales team. You will focus on engaging construction professionals, showcasing our software solutions, and building a strong pipeline through prospecting and qualified demos.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of sales experience with hands-on prospecting or cold outreach (calls, emails, D2D, or social)
• Track record of hitting or exceeding activity and pipeline targets
• Clear, persuasive communicator who can handle objections and keep a conversation moving
• Organized and consistent about pipeline follow-up and CRM hygiene
• Comfortable using AI tools daily (Claude, ChatGPT, or similar)
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet, distraction-free space to work from home
• Bonus points: Experience with HubSpot or similar CRM platforms
• Background in SaaS or the construction industry
• Presidents Club, Rep of the Year, or similar SDR/AE recognition
• Experience in high-effort, relationship-driven fields (hospitality, logistics, or non-SaaS)

Responsibilities

• Hunt for opportunities through calls, emails, and social channels to engage potential customers
• Tell Builder Prime's value proposition to construction professionals
• Qualify needs and schedule demos with Account Executives
• Own and nurture a healthy pipeline with the sales team
• Become a product expert and leverage AI tools for continuous improvement
• Track activities and performance; participate in monthly challenges and team wins
