Job summary

Pushpay Holdings Limited is seeking a Sales Development Representative to join our remote talent pool serving the United States. You will make outbound calls to identify strong potential customers and schedule strategic appointments for Account Executives.

You should be comfortable with a fast-paced, metric-driven environment, using Salesforce and Outreach.io, and maintaining a robust sales pipeline. A high school diploma suffices, with 1+ year inside sales experience valued.

Qualifications

• Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of inside sales experience preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and listening skills; proficient with Mac/PC and standard apps.

Responsibilities

• Make 70 cold outbound calls per day to potential customers.
• Schedule 1–2 in-person or Zoom appointments per day with prospects and Account Executives.
• Prospect 5–10 accounts daily to maintain a healthy pipeline.
• Build revenue pipeline by setting introductory meetings with target influencers and decision makers.
• Use Salesforce and Outreach.io to manage follow-ups and build pipeline.
