• 1–3 years in a sales, BD, or high-volume customer-facing role (SDR/BDR experience preferred).
• Able to thrive as a first SDR in a structured, process-driven environment.
• Strong ability to follow a script and handle objections using approved rebuttals.
• Excellent verbal communication; real-time CRM data logging.
• Familiar with sales engagement platforms (Outreach, Salesloft, Apollo) and call recording tools (Gong, Chorus).

Responsibilities

• Execute the full lead generation process from list pull to CRM log for each prospect.
• Make 60–80 outbound calls per day using the script and multi-touch cadences.
• Qualify inbound marketing leads and route opportunities within 24 hours.
• Research target accounts to personalize scripts without deviating from qualification.
