Job summary

Tenstreet, a Tulsa-based SaaS company serving the transportation industry, is seeking a Sales Development Representative. You will generate leads, cold-call prospects, and book demos for the Sales Team, working in a remote/on-site hybrid setup with occasional travel for interviews and events.

You’ll identify key decision makers, maintain SugarCRM/SalesLoft data, and collaborate with the sales group to grow the pipeline while developing your sales craft in a fast-paced, supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Excellent phone and written communication skills.
• Experience with SugarCRM and/or SalesLoft is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for new business prospects via cold calling.
• Prospect, research, and identify new leads using various approaches.
• Move prospects through the sales funnel by setting appointments for the sales team (demo via Zoom/GoTo).
• Check in with prospects who missed scheduled demos.
• Reschedule demos with clients who could not attend.
• Identify key decision makers within prospects.
• Update Tenstreet’s sales tools with current data.
• Coordinate with the Sales team to grow the pipeline.
• Uncover process or product improvements that add value for clients.
